People at the Mitchell Institute

The Mitchell Institute brings together a multidisciplinary team of researchers, policy specialists, and professional staff committed to improving education outcomes in Australia. Our work draws on expertise across early learning, schooling, tertiary education, economics, and social and public policy, allowing us to examine complex challenges from multiple perspectives.

As part of Victoria University, our team combines academic rigour with practical policy experience. We work closely with governments, communities, and sector partners to ensure our research is grounded in real-world contexts and contributes to meaningful, evidence-informed reform.
